Common PS5 problems we fix
No signal or black screen. The console powers on, the light comes up, but the TV shows nothing. Nine times out of ten this is a damaged HDMI port, a board-level micro-soldering repair we do in-house, so there is no posting your console across the country.
Loud fan or overheating. Dust packed into the fan and heatsink makes a PS5 loud, and our Internal Clean quietens it. If it also runs hot or shuts itself off, the liquid metal on the processor has usually dried or moved too, and our Overheating Package fixes both in one visit.
Controller stick drift. A DualSense that moves on its own ruins any game. We fix drift permanently with hall effect or TMR joystick upgrades, magnetic sticks with nothing to wear out, so the drift never comes back.
