How long do repairs take?

Many repairs are completed the same day or within 24 to 48 hours, but it depends on the fault and whether any parts need to be ordered. We will give you a realistic timeframe when you book or after we have diagnosed the device.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. We work by appointment so we can set aside time and have any parts ready for you. Booking online only takes a couple of minutes and lets you choose a time that suits you.

Where are you located and how does drop-off work?

We are based in Perth (the Riverton area) and operate by appointment rather than as a walk-in shopfront. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the exact meet-up spot and a number to text when you arrive — pull up and someone will come straight out to meet you.

How much will it cost?

The price shown on each service is an estimate for a standard repair. If we find additional or hidden damage during inspection, the final price may change — but we will always confirm it with you and get your approval before carrying out any work.

Is my data safe during a repair?

We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair. We take every care, but some repairs can result in data loss, so we cannot accept responsibility for it. Your personal details are only ever used to manage your booking.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every repair comes with a 30-day warranty on parts and labour for the work we performed. It does not cover water or physical/accidental damage, or faults unrelated to the repair. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

How do I pay?

We accept card and cash, paid when you collect your device, and you will receive a receipt. Card payments are handled securely through Square.

What if my device cannot be repaired?

If we are unable to fix it, we will let you know and explain why. A diagnostic fee may apply for the time spent assessing the device — if so, we will tell you upfront before any charge.

What areas do you cover?

We serve Perth and the surrounding southern suburbs, including Riverton, Willetton, Canning Vale, Cannington, Rossmoyne and nearby areas.

How do I check on my repair?

Every booking gets a reference number. Enter it on our Track page at any time to see the live status of your repair.
