We confirm and email the address
Once we confirm your order you get the postal address and packing instructions. Nothing to post until then.
Post it at any post office
Pack the device well, pop a note inside with your name and reference, and post it to us through Australia Post. Keep the receipt, it has your tracking number.
Fixed and posted back, tracked
We email updates while we work, then post your repair back to you with tracking. Every repair is backed by our 30 day warranty.
Choose Post it in on the schedule step. Local? Drop offs work exactly as always.

One workshop, the whole country
Every repair happens at our workshop in North Perth. There are no branches and no outsourcing: the same hands fix every console whether it was dropped off from down the road or posted from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or a cattle station in the Territory. Australia Post covers the distance and tracking covers the nerves.
Mail in questions
What does it cost?
Your repair price plus return postage home, $12 for a single controller or handheld and $20 for a console or any booking with more than one device, shown in your total before you pay. You cover the postage to us when you lodge the parcel at the post office, usually around ten to twenty dollars depending on size and where you are.
Where do you ship from and to?
We are based in North Perth, WA, and the mail-in service covers every Australian state and territory: NSW, Victoria, Queensland, SA, Tasmania, the ACT, the NT and regional WA. Anywhere Australia Post delivers, we can repair.
How should I pack it?
Device only unless we ask for anything else, no cables or games. Wrap it in bubble wrap or thick padding inside a sturdy box, and include a note with your name and booking reference.
How long does it take?
Postage each way is usually two to five business days within Australia, plus our normal repair turnaround, which is often same day once it lands. Made to order parts can add one to two weeks, which we flag before you pay.
What if my device gets damaged in the post?
Parcels to us travel at your risk, so pack it well and consider adding transit cover when you lodge it. We photograph every parcel on arrival and your repair travels home tracked.
What if the repair costs more than I paid?
If the diagnosis turns up extra work we always quote first. Nothing happens until you approve it, and any balance is paid through the same secure online payment.
Does the 30-day warranty apply to mail-in repairs?
Yes, exactly the same as drop off repairs, and it starts the day the parcel is delivered back to you, not the day we post it. If a warranty issue comes up, we cover the repair.
Can I post just my controller instead of the whole console?
Yes, and you should whenever the fault is in the controller. Controllers and Joy-Cons travel in a small satchel, which keeps your postage cost down and the return postage at the lower rate.
Is it worth posting a console from the east coast?
For most repairs, yes. A Switch screen or a PS5 HDMI port costs a fraction of console replacement, and postage adds twenty to forty dollars round trip. You keep your games, saves and accounts, and everything arrives back tracked.
