We replace your Xbox controller thumbsticks with hall effect modules. Standard sticks use contact pads that wear down and cause drift, hall effect sticks read position with magnetic sensors instead, so there is nothing to wear out and the drift never comes back. Fits Xbox Series and Xbox One controllers.
Choose a single stick if only one side is drifting, or upgrade the pair so both sticks are covered.
What is covered: the hall effect sticks and labour, backed by our 30-day warranty.
Not covered: water or physical damage, and faults unrelated to the upgrade we performed.
Drift, sticky buttons and worn bumpers
Xbox controllers drift just like everyone else’s: the analog stick modules wear, the camera creeps, and aim gets mushy. We replace worn sticks with hall effect modules that sense position magnetically, removing the wear mechanism entirely so the drift does not come back.
While the controller is open we can also sort sticky buttons, unresponsive bumpers and worn triggers. Mention any extras in your booking notes and we will quote before doing the work.
