About this service
Stick drift happens because a stock DualSense stick reads its position through a contact that rubs along a track, and that track wears away. We replace your sticks with magnetic ones that read position without touching anything, so the wear that causes drift is gone.
Hall effect: We fit the latest Ginfull hall effect sticks, or K-Silver depending on the controller and stock. A single stick is $40 if only one side is drifting, or $60 for the pair. It is the proven, great value way to end drift.
TMR: Ginfull TMR sticks, the newest generation of magnetic stick, fitted as a pair for $80. TMR reads finer movements than hall effect, so small aim adjustments feel smoother and more precise, and it draws less power. For $20 more than a hall effect pair, it is the one we recommend if you play shooters or want the best feel.
What is covered: the sticks, fitting, calibration and labour, backed by our 3 month warranty.

Why sticks drift, and how the upgrade ends it
A stock DualSense stick reads its position through a contact that rubs along a resistive track. Every movement wears that track a little, and eventually the stick reports movement you are not making. That is drift, and cleaning or recalibrating cannot put the worn material back.
Hall effect and TMR sticks both read position magnetically, with nothing rubbing inside, so the wear that causes drift is gone. Fitting them is a soldering job on the controller board, and every stick is calibrated and tested before handover, all in house in Perth.

Hall effect is the proven, great value upgrade. We fit the latest Ginfull hall effect sticks, or K-Silver depending on the controller and stock. A single stick is $40 if only one side is drifting, and a pair is $60.
TMR is the newest generation of magnetic stick, and we fit Ginfull TMR sticks as a pair for $80. TMR sensors read finer movements than hall effect, so small aim adjustments feel smoother and more precise, and they use less power, which is a little easier on the battery. For $20 more than a hall effect pair, it is the upgrade we recommend if you play shooters or want the best feel a DualSense can have.
