We are based in Perth, Western Australia, and we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We only collect information we need to provide our repair services. This includes:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number
  • Booking details — the device and fault, your notes, and any photos you choose to send us
  • Repair records — the work carried out, status updates, and messages between us
  • Reviews — your name, rating, comment, and email if you choose to leave a review

We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Where you pay by card, that information is handled directly by our payment provider and is not stored by us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Manage and carry out your booking and repair
  • Send you booking confirmations, status updates, and completion notices
  • Respond to your questions and provide support
  • Manage warranty claims using your booking reference
  • Display reviews you have chosen to submit and verify

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to. The emails we send are about your specific booking.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business, and your information is only shared with them so they can perform that service:

  • Our website hosting provider, which stores your booking data securely
  • Our email delivery provider, which sends the booking and status emails on our behalf
  • Our payment provider, where you choose to pay by card

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

5. How We Protect It

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No system is ever completely secure, but we limit access to your information to what is needed to run our service.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep your booking and repair records for as long as needed to provide the service, honour warranties, and meet our legal and tax obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Your Device Data

Please back up your device before leaving it with us. We do not access, copy, or retain personal content stored on your device beyond what is needed to carry out and test the repair. See our Terms & Conditions for more on data and repairs.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, please contact us.
