About this service
Every stock controller stick reads its position through a contact that rubs along a track, and that track wears away until the stick reports movement you are not making. That is stick drift. Hall effect sticks read position with a magnet and a sensor instead, so nothing rubs and the wear that causes drift is gone.
We fit the latest Ginfull hall effect sticks, or K-Silver depending on the controller and stock. A pair is $60, calibrated and tested before handover. Fits the PS5 DualSense, Xbox Series controllers, the Switch Pro Controller and Joy-Cons.

Every controller we service fits a small AusPost satchel, so this upgrade is available Australia wide through the mail-in service. Book online, post it in when confirmed, and it returns tracked. Perth locals can drop off instead.

Is hall effect worth it over a standard stick replacement?
If you play regularly, yes. A standard replacement starts the wear all over again, while hall effect takes the wearing contact away. The price difference is small next to fixing drift a second time.
Which controllers can you upgrade?
The PS5 DualSense, Xbox Series and Xbox One controllers, the Switch Pro Controller and Joy-Cons. If yours is something rarer, message us before booking and we will confirm what fits.
What is the difference between hall effect and TMR?

Can I post my controller in?
Yes, from anywhere in Australia. It is a small parcel and the return trip home is tracked and included.
