Joy-Con drift is wear. The stick reads its position through a contact that rubs along a track, and once that track wears, your character wanders on its own. Recalibrating only hides it for a while. The fix is a new stick, and there are two ways to do it.
A standard Joy-Con stick replacement is $30. It makes the stick feel new again, but it uses the same contact design as the original, so it can wear and drift again in time.
A hall effect upgrade for a pair of Joy-Cons is $60 and reads the sticks with a magnet instead, so nothing rubs and the wear that causes drift is gone. We fit the latest Ginfull hall effect sticks, or K-Silver depending on the controller and stock. Pro Controller hall effect upgrades are also $60, and Switch Lite stick repairs are $60.

Should I get standard sticks or hall effect?
Standard sticks restore normal behaviour but can drift again eventually, because they wear the same way the originals did. Hall effect sticks work magnetically and are effectively immune to drift, which is why we recommend them for heavily used consoles.
Do you fix drift on the Switch Lite as well?
Yes. Lite sticks are built into the console, so it is a deeper job than a Joy-Con. Switch Lite stick repairs are $60.
Can I post just the Joy-Cons instead of the whole console?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way. Unless the fault involves the console itself, posting only the controllers keeps the parcel small.
