A dust clean for a PS5 that has got louder but still runs fine. We open the console, take the fan out, and clear the dust from the fan, heatsink fins and vents, so air moves freely again and the fan does not have to work as hard. Fits PS5 Standard, Slim and Digital.
This is maintenance, not an overheating repair, and the liquid metal on the processor is not touched. If your PS5 runs hot, crashes in games or shuts itself off, book the Overheating Package instead. It includes this clean plus fresh liquid metal and a temperature check.

A clean for a console that is getting loud
A PS5 pulls air through itself constantly, and after a year or two the fan blades and heatsink fins carry a layer of dust. The fan has to spin harder to move the same air, so the first thing you notice is the noise creeping up during games.
Our internal clean opens the console fully, takes the fan out, and clears the dust from the fan, the heatsink fins and the boards before everything goes back together. It does not touch the liquid metal on the chip. If your console is already overheating or shutting down, the overheating package is the job that fixes that.
Internal Clean or Overheating Package?
They are two different jobs. The Internal Clean is $80 and is maintenance for a PS5 that has got louder but still runs fine. It clears the dust and leaves the liquid metal alone.
The Overheating Package is $150 and is the repair for a PS5 that runs hot, crashes or shuts itself off. It includes everything in this clean, plus removing the old liquid metal, applying fresh liquid metal and checking temperatures before handover.
Cheaper with an HDMI repair
