We replace the HDMI port on your Xbox Series S or Series X by micro-soldering a new port to the board, fixing no video output or an intermittent picture.
What is covered: the HDMI port replacement and labour, backed by our 30-day warranty. The price is an estimate and is confirmed after we check for additional board damage.
Not covered: pre-existing board damage, water or physical damage, and unrelated faults.
Powered on but nothing on screen
An Xbox that chimes and lights up while the TV insists there is no signal usually has a damaged HDMI port. Bent pins, a loose-feeling socket, or a picture that flickers when the cable moves all point the same way. It is one of the most common Xbox hardware faults, and one of the most worthwhile to fix.
The port is soldered to the mainboard, so we replace it with hot-air rework at board level, then test output on a real display before the console goes back together. Series X, Series S and the Xbox One family are all covered.
Rule out the cheap stuff first
Before booking, try another HDMI cable and another TV input. Retail mode also has a low-resolution reset: holding the power button ten seconds forces a reboot that clears some display handshake issues. If none of that helps, the port is the likely fault and we can fix it, in Perth or posted in from anywhere in Australia.
