We replace the worn rechargeable battery in your controller so it holds charge again and lasts a full session. Fits PS5 DualSense controllers.
What is covered: the replacement battery and labour, backed by our 30-day warranty.
Not covered: water or physical damage, and charging faults caused by a separate issue such as a damaged charge port.
When a charge stops lasting the session
Controller batteries wear out faster than console parts because they cycle almost daily. A DualSense that used to run a long evening and now begs for a cable after an hour has a worn cell, not a fault. Replacement brings back proper session life.
The battery is ordered fresh for your job, fitted with the controller fully tested afterwards. If the real problem turns out to be the charge port rather than the battery, we tell you before doing anything.

How long should a DualSense battery last after replacement?
Back to normal factory range, generally 6 to 12 hours depending on the game and features like haptics and the speaker.
My controller only works plugged in. Battery or port?
Could be either, and they cost about the same to address. Book the battery service, note the symptom, and we will diagnose and fit whichever fix it actually needs, confirming with you first.
Can I post my controller in?
Yes, from anywhere in Australia. Batteries in devices are fine to post with Australia Post; the parcel just travels by road.
