Stick drift, buttons that stick or stop registering, triggers with no travel left and micro USB ports that will not hold a charge are what finishes most DualShock 4 pads. All of it is repairable. We strip the controller down in Perth, replace the worn part and test every input and both triggers before it goes back to you.
Pick the fault you are seeing and we confirm it on inspection. A standard stick module brings the feel back, but it uses the same contact pads as the original, so it can wear again in time. Hall effect stick modules are available for the DualShock 4 on request as well, magnetic sticks with no contact surface left to wear down, so ask us when you book if you want drift dealt with for good.
What is covered: the replacement sticks, buttons, triggers or charge port and labour, backed by our 30-day warranty.
Not covered: water or physical damage, and faults unrelated to the repair we performed.
