A fan that rattles, grinds, whines under load or has stopped turning altogether lets heat build until the console throttles or shuts itself down mid game. Once the bearing has gone, cleaning will not bring it back. We fit a new fan, clear the dust out of the heatsink while the console is open, and run it under load to check temperatures before handover. All done in Perth.
Pick your console so the right fan is brought in, the price is the same across all four. The fan is ordered once you book and we message you as soon as it arrives. If the factory paste has dried out as well, pair this with our thermal paste and pad replacement while the console is already apart.
What is covered: the replacement fan and labour, backed by our 30-day warranty.
