About this service
A PS4 that powers on but shows a black screen, reports no signal, or only gives a picture when the cable is propped at an angle has almost always lost its HDMI port. It is the highest volume console repair there is. We lift the damaged port off with hot air, clean the pads back, reflow a new port on and test it through a full boot before it leaves our Perth bench.
Pick your model so the right port is brought in. The PS4 Pro board is tighter to work on, which is why it sits a little higher. The port is ordered once you book and we message you as soon as it arrives.
What is covered: the replacement HDMI port and labour, backed by our 30-day warranty.
Not covered: water or physical damage, and faults unrelated to the repair we performed.
